I think I'll give this one a go but with different hops based on what I have.

Kyle

I suggest aiming for a clean bittering hop and something mellow for the late additions.

The hops i have are cascade, willamette, fuggle and simcoe.

Kyle

cascade for bittering and fuggle for late additions would be nice. I actually almost went that route myself, but I've been using alot of Cascade lately, so I thought I'd do something a little different.

I designed this one for a quick turn around and low calorie content. Kegged it this evening, and had a pint to spare. Despite being warm and flat, it was very good. I think this will be my house pale ale.

It will sit at 30 psi until morning, then I'll give it a good shake, and let sit until Friday evening, should be good to go... grain to draught, fully carbonated in exactly two weeks.

I shared this with quite a few non-craftbrew drinkers this week, with really good feedback.

I'll be making this again for sure, just with Marris Otter instead of 2-row.

Perfect I'm gonna make this Sunday or Monday.  I'm trying to get some of my friends interested in brewing but I'm having a hard time getting them off the rice water.

Dave Savoie

I also make a Light Ale very similar to keiths !!!

Having a pint of this now... I have to say, for 4.5% abv, its flavourful, balanced, and yummy.
