I have a friend thats heading to Quebec in the near future and since I've only got as far as "le chat est noir" in duolingo I need some help. My budgets around $50-75 for this run and I'd like something wild or hoppy. Anyone have some suggestions for something that I can tell him to grab for me?

I'm a big fan of Dieu du Ciel, Dunham and Trois Mousquetaire, Le Castor, Hoftenstark and Pit Caribou

Ditto, I think out of those, I have only had brews from Dieu du Ciel, and Trois Mousquetaire, but you can't really go wrong with either.

you can also add Trou du Diable but most people here know them.  Charlevoix is another good one and L'Alchimiste,
