Again with the cliché song title for beer name  8)

After tasting my ipa last week I was hooked with the flavour profile that wlp644 produced, LOTS of tropical and fruity notes, really awesome strain!  This time I want to try it in a saison style beer.   I think it's going to complement well the Belma hops (thanks Jake!) which has tropical, pineapple, strawberry, and melon aroma (as per hopsdirect description).  I'll drink this over the course of 6+ months to see how the funk increase with age while the hops fades

Grain bill, hop bill, yeast - it all looks interesting. Never heard of that yeast until now.
I've tasted some of your beer at the AGM and it's great.
Hopefully I'll get to try this one at some point. If not, I'll try any other one.  :)

I won't be able to attend a meeting till september but by then I'll have a nice pipeline of new beers and hopefully you'll be (or anyone) there to sample it
