Easy-drinking toned-down variant of the Smells Like Summer IPA

9lbs 2-row.
1lbs sucrose.
0.25lbs Cara-foam.
0.5lbs CaraMunich-II.

0.5oz Magnum 10% @ 60
1.0oz Palisade 7% @ 20
1.0oz Simcoe 13% @ 20
1.0oz Palisade 7% @ 0
1.0oz Simcoe 13% @ 0

Mash 4.5 gallons @ 149, Sparge 4.5 gallons @ 168.

w/Fredericton Municipal Water: Add 1tsp Burton Salts each to mash and strike water.

Edit: changed again as of 28/07/2012 - switched hops around slightly.

A note from this brew-day; using propane rather than my stove-top resulted in a gallon extra boil-off. Will adjust sparge in future iterations to compensate.
