Hefeweizen Yeast in Fredericton
« on: December 11, 2017, 11:46:47 AM »
It appears as thought my Wyeast Smack Pack died prior to opening and I have some wort that needs fermenting ASAP.  Is there anywhere in Fredericton that I could get my hands on 3 billions cells of  WLP300 this Saturday?

Noble Grape is your only option. I'm pretty sure they only carry Wyeast for liquid yeast, but I find they generally have 3068 on hand. Your other options are to pitch a similar dry yeast strain they carry (don't believe the stigma, they're just as good as the liquid strains) or order online from someone else and consider paying extra for faster shipping.

you could try the dry yeast called Mangrove Jacks M21. https://mangrovejacks.com/collections/craft-series-yeasts/products/belgian-wit-m21-yeast-10g

This could bring you close to that.

They sell it a Noble Grape.
