Brettanomyces Lambicus

Wyeast 5526

My second Brett. just arrived at Noble Grape (B. Lambicus). The B. Bruxellensis will be ready soon (tastes great so far) and I will wash for the library... will do the same for the B. Lambicus. I will be ordering other strains as well.

Thomas - can you make slants for bacteria (Lactobacillus and Pediococcus) as well?
