I'm trying to get my hands on some Brettanomyces Lambicus.
Can anybody hook me up. I don't want to wait several weeks to order some. I'm open to other strains as well but was leaning towards the Brett-L.

I can get you some C or Amalgamation when I build my culture again. When did you need it?

As soon as i can get my hands on some. I plan to add it to a stout to dry it out and age.

Okay. I'll be building my amalgamation culture soonish. But likely not for another week. I'll look at my brew schedule again to see if I can fit it in sooner.
