Title: Star San PH
Post by: blisster on January 14, 2014, 08:00:24 PM
Star San label says it should be diluted 1oz/5gal for rinse free sanitation.

I have been mixing it about 2.5ML per liter of distilled water (for spray bottle use) but am never sure how long it's good for.

I read that as long as it has a ph of 3.5 or lower it's still good. Is there anywhere in FRD that sells PH strips to measure?

I think I saw something up at Scoop & Save.  Try in the back, by the wine & beer.

If you used distilled water and it’s in a spray bottle, it should last forever
NG also sells those pH strips
