I've been thinking of brewing a darker beer, might toss this into the mix along with your recommended changes. Did you plan on upping the base grain or some of the other grains to up the %?

I was always under the impression that actual watermelon never left a lot of flavour because its mostly water. Would there be a way to concentrate it?
