I use superstore oats. Put them in the oven at 300F for about 30mins turning them every 10 mins.

Like "Quick Oats" or just rolled oats?

Hi brew, just to clarify - you don`t need to do the cooking thing with the oats.
That`s just how I do it. You`ll see many places online where homebrewers don`t bother putting them in the oven.

1056 - good clean yeast!
