I dont really like mead too much myself, but a few years ago I was on an experimental kick, brewing everything I could think of. Since then I just never had time to bottle it, so it just kept sitting there. Im pretty sure it got oxidized to fuck a few times while moving, but hopefully the ageing will have helped some. Most of it will wind up as christmas presents, with a few bottles hidden away for some long term ageing experiments (5-20 years hopefully).
