For those of you who do cold crash, do you use an extra beer fridge?

My Danby Mini fridge from costco with no freezer part will get down to 0 and fits a carboy perfectly

Yea I have an extra fridge I've been putting it in. New to this technique ... how long should it be done for? just until you feel it's cleared? ... let me clarify, that sounds dumb

I say this because I only have enough room for 1 carboy at a time, and I have 2 batches coming down the pipeline ... is there a point where the cold crash stops being effective and it's just as good outside the fridge?

I put my secondary in my garage fridge last night. I also added gelatin, but did it at the same time.

I haven't had much time to brew in the last few months, so usually one of the 2 spots in the draft fridge was available for cold crashing. It's not ideal, but I'll be getting a fermentation keezer and a serving keezer at some point.
