Where are folks buying their rhizomes from in the Freddy area?

I am thinking of planting a few this spring.

Noble grape brings them in with pre order I believe. There is some guys in the club who grow hops who may hook you up also in the spring.

I've got some very healthy Cascade and Hersbrucker hop rhizomes that I usually have an overabundance of every year. Let me know if you want some and I can hook you up this spring.

I have 5 or 6 centennial plants as well that should have lots of rhizomes.

Hello,

I am looking for for 2 different hop plants (or rhizomes). My noble grape order had two molded ones that I assumed would bounce back, but haven't yet. I have a cascade, centennial, and magnum, growing well. Would love two more of anything. Thanks!

I might be able to hook you up with some Hersbrucker rhizomes if you want. Their actually my favorite hops that I grow. They grow and mature the fastest but yield a bit less than most. They're already up to my roof! My cascade are only 5-6 feet tall but by September they have more hops on them.

This hops has been growing at my parents for years. Do you know of anybody who could ID what kind it is.
I've never had the balls to actually brew with it.
I'll be bringing some down when I move to NB. If not for actual brewing then just for the looks and smell.

Also, can we grow MaryJane in NB? Asking for a friend.

You could try making a hop tea and mix it in near the end of a keg. Otherwise they are pretty hard to ID. Based on it's location I'm guessing it hasn't been there for a super long time so either it's from a greenhouse or a cutting of an old plant (in which case it would be more like a european variety of hops). I believe there was a program in the maritimes that were trying to catalogue old hop plants to be able to cross breed for better plants.
