Give a man a beer and he'll waste an hour, teach him how to brew beer and he'll waste a lifetime.

Man it's hard to believe how different the appearance on those two beers is!

I feel I'm now converted to the NE versions of the pale ale and IPA... the west coast style doesn't do it for me anymore!

Great read!

I still think that you got someone else's review... That beer was fantastic!

I wouldn't pay much attention to what they said man. We all know you make great beer.
I used to enter competitions all the time but after getting so much contradicting comments on score sheets from so called "BJCP judges" I just say to hell with it.
All that matters is your happy with it. I know we are...

I was thinking about how many people tried this beer. I don't know who else did at the meeting before Christmas. But otherwise at least 10 people I know of tasted this beer. Of those 10 only 2 got the onion/garlic and those were the two BJCP judges.

I was one of them as well - garlic / onion - that is absolutely nutz... I'm leaning towards the "beers / reviews mixup" explanation...

Ha! That would explain everything.
