Who is around that produces local malt?
Primary #1 - Empty
Primary #2 - Empty
Primary #3 - Empty
Primary #4 - Empty

Secondary #1- Wheat  (Tangerine and coriander)
Secondary #2 - Dry cider
Secondary #3 - Cream ale fermented with M27
Secondary #4 - Cream ale fermented with M07
Secondary #5 - Merlot

I think @jamie_savoie and @paulmaybee  went to a seminar in Edmunston by a NB maltster... can't remember the name

Looks like there is a "Maritime Malt". It seems to be at least grown somewhere in western NB.

MaltBroue... They are about halfway between Edmundston and Riviere-du-loup, this was the thread on it.

I heard there was a farm in the Florenceville/Beechwood area looking to setup one of their malting units but not sure if that ever happened or how far along they are with it?
Give a man a beer and he'll waste an hour, teach him how to brew beer and he'll waste a lifetime.

The latest Noble Grape newsletter indicates that they have Horton Ridge malt (Nova Scotia) here in their Fredericton store.

I can confirm, I was in store yesterday and they have a decent selection.

Bought some of the Horton Ridge stuff from Everwood about a month ago, but good to see Noble is bringing it in now.
