I've never seen your basement but you should be good it's just a perfect fridge for holding kegs and bottles. Ever since I saw it I wish I had it or at least one configured the same way. I think you'll be good.

Hmm, I guess the better question would have been will it fit through a standard door frame. Glad to hear it's a good fridge. Looking forward to filling it!

Let me know if you need a hand (or a truck) to move it...

I charge 1 beer per hour

Give a man a beer and he'll waste an hour, teach him how to brew beer and he'll waste a lifetime.

and you don't need to have faucet right away.  I've run on picnic taps for like 3 years

Yeah, I started out on picnic taps... much better way to ease into the purchase and might keep the boss happy(er)!

Dave has a pretty good deal ($60 cheaper than OBK!) on here: https://www.everwoodavebrewshop.com/product/standard-kegorator-kit-quad-picnic-tap/

All you need to add is a tank. Best part is, all of that gear will be good if you purchase faucets... just pop off the picnic tap and put the hose on the end of your shank!

I'll happily clean any full beer bottles or kegs you give me once I'm done with them

Since this fridge has all of the holes pre drilled wouldn't I have to get the taps etc before I could use it?

Jake

I'd say you could temporarily just plug the holes with some insulation or something. Might not be pretty, haha.

I may not be able to help this week or this weekend (will be on dad duty until Monday) but I can help any evening that works with you and Brew next week.

I'll send you a PM.

Cheers,
Pierre
