Maibock....ish.

Maibock....ish  (Adapted from a Homebrewtalk recipe)

Batch size: 18.9 liters...well it was until I topped up to ~23 liters.  DOH!
SG - 1.068 (est.)
IBU - 43 (Yeah its outside the style but I did say Maibock...ish)
Yeast:  Safale US-05  (Again Maibock....ish)
Primary - 5-7 days at 15.5 C
Secondary - 2 weeks (until clear)  

Grain bill:
8.6lbs - 2 row (srm-2)
2.5lbs - Vienna (srm-3)
1.6lbs - Crystal 60L (srm-60)

Hops:
Hallertauer pellet - .6 oz (60 mins)
Northern Brewer whole- .5 oz (60 mins)
Hallertauer pellet- .6 oz (20 mins)
Northern Brewer whole- .5 oz (20 mins)
Hallertauer pellet- .6 oz (5 mins)

1/2 tsp Irish moss (5 mins)
