That's quite interesting.  Neat idea. 
Still have to take care of the fermentation side, where things typically go wrong.

The fact that you just add ingredients and walk away is pretty cool.

I think the author of the article was a bit confused when he said to add yeast and refrigerate for a week :P  He probably meant to say, add yeast for a week and then refrigerate...which would work, but wouldn't be the best scenario.

I don't see how this is any different from my system.....Inlaws arrive, aske for a certain style then walk away only to return 5 to 6 weeks later for thier keg.

I suppose I use standard size cornies not those wee-man style ones.

Neat idea but how do you scale up?  I guess you just make another batch....umm.  Anyone price the wee-man cornies?
