Evil Jalapeno

Hey everyone! I just discovered the existence of this group, thanks to Picaroons and its home brew event.

I've "brewed" many Festa Brews in my younger years, but recently regained interest in (real) home brewing. I started with mini mash kits at the beginning of the Summer, mostly because of a lack of equipment and good skills, but my goal is to slowly progress to all grain brewing. (One step at a time!) So far I've done a batch of California Common, which turned out really good, and a batch of Porter, which is still conditioning. My next batch should be an Imperial Russian Stout or some kind of IPA. I probably won't post much for a little while until I gain more knowledge, but I'll certainly be around lurking and soaking in every bit of useful info I'll read! :)

Cheers from Moncton!

Welcome,
We have a few Moncton members you'll want to touch base with, maybe carpool out to a meeting some day.

Welcome to the forum!  Lots of great info and great guys.  I'm one of the members from Moncton.  Contact me anytime and we can hook up for beer tastings or a run through of all grain brewing.  We're all pretty much open books of info!

And what fakr fails to mention is that he has a KickAss system and makes some pretty freaking awesome beer to boot!
In fact, I am sipping on his Stout as we speak!

Thanks again everyone! I looked at the pictures' pages and some of you have pretty crazy setups!

Fakr, I'll certainly consider your offer and get back to you sometime. Expert advice is always good! :)
