Inspired in part by old English recipes for IPA in http://www.amazon.ca/IPA-Brewing-Techni ... 1938469003 - and in part by a complete lack of Maris Otter.

11lbs Vienna.
1.5lbs Amber Malt.
1lb Brewer's Corn Flakes.
1lb Crystal 240.

2oz Challenger @ 60
2oz EKG @ 20.
2oz EKG dry-hop.

S-04.


2tblsp Burton Salts in mash water.
Mash 4 gallons @ 152, Sparge 4 gallons @ 168.
Charter Member

Kegged: air.
Primary: air.
Bulk Aging: Silence of the Lambics (Pitched 13/05/2012).
Owed: JQ LSA x 1, Kyle Stout x 1 & IPA x 1.
