Was planning on brewing my NBCBA competition old ale next weekend so not sure that will be ready for this competition...

I don't think I'll enter this, but it would be interesting to see how well our cask winter warmer does.  Maybe we should enter it.

We have some time, so we should do a taste test and decide if we want to dry hop at all before sending in.

good to hear we're submitting a sample...

I suggest we submit the whiskey cask IPA as well even though it's not a "winter warmer".

Dry hopped for sure.  The whiskey is a bit overpowering otherwise.

I didn't get around to dry hopping mine...I'd be interested in trying someone's who dry hopped.

I've done Chinook and a Amarillo/Simcoe combo.
