Just thought Id bring this recipe over from other website as its tried tested and very very good !!!



9.75 Lbs Maris Otter

0.75 Lbs Crystal 60

0.25 Lbs Chocolate Malt

0.25 Lbs Torrified Wheat

0.5 Lbs Dark Brown Sugar

0.5 Lbs Dark Candi Sugar


1 Oz Northern Brewer @ 60 Min

0.5 Oz Fuggles @ 15 Min

0.5 Oz Fuggles @ 2 Min


Wyeast 1098


very Smooth with small hints of Caramel and slight roasty chocolate tone
