IPA? UP The bittering hops!

I'd say go a minimum of 2oz for a 10gal batch

Yes - crazy can be fun - but looking for just one I in IPA rather than two or three... although 2oz might not be a bad idea...

You may want to tone down the flavour/aroma then.  It looks a bit heavy on the end. You may find it appears more bitter than it really is.

Tettnang is a great finishing hop.  don't expect much for bittering from it.  With that amount, you should get a solid aroma :)

Like Jake said, a bit more bittering for an IPA...but at the same time, you're not a big hop head either so this might be right up your alley.

Do you mean that it may be a bit unbalanced without more bittering hop? I was looking for the "offensive" flavor / aroma rather than "offensive" bittering, since Tet seems to be more of an aroma hop? I'd still like it to be a good beer though, perhaps it will need a bit more bittering?
