Using Gelatin

How does everyone go about using gelatin? Ive read a bunch of different ways...

In Fermenter or keg? And let it cool first right?

Primary: air.
Bulk Aging: Silence of the Lambics (Pitched 13/05/2012).
Owed: JQ LSA x 1, Kyle Stout x 1 & IPA x 1.

aha That works... Going to give gelatin a go with my next brew

I came across this post on Northern Brewer.  I thought it was pretty interesting.  I find that sometimes gelatin doesn't do much for me, and I was trying to find out why.
