Nah, just keep it well hidden for a while, smack it around so it looks well used and when she says "what the hell is that and when did you get it?" you respond with total surprise and disbelief that she hasn't seen it before and say "got that YEARS ago honey, don't remember where from...maybe someone gave me their old one...just can't remember"

Actually I saw JQ's better half manage that 12 foot sink onto the trailer. I suspect that was one of those "i'll owe you big time" moments...
