Looks like 20lb tanks.  $50 each.

Not sure if this needs to be re-certified since they don't look new. But you may be able to negotiate on the price.

Wheres a good place to go for Co2 fills and how much would it cost if they need to get re-certified?

Atlantic Fire & Safety will fill while you wait for $65 or so.  Not sure about the hydro though.

It was $35 to hydro test a 5lb tank last fall at AF&S but you have to leave it there for up to 3-4 business days if I remember correctly.
