I seriously considered the fan, but I'm going to go with Vortex one I know will do the job instead.

I'd like to check out your rig some time Kyle.  It'd be interesting to see what you need if you don't have the crazy money for a Blichmann set up.

Kyle

Sure thing, we can do that sometime next week. Basically it's just: keggle; two coolers; single PID control panel; 1 pump; plate chiller. The control panel is pretty much following the diagrams on HBT for an e-biab setup, but I added a couple of minor things.

That's at the Zeller's north side restaurant, right beside the sink/counter I posted in my BANG thread. It's a very nice fridge and could make a very nice 4 keg setup, but they're not very negotiable on pricing right now.
If it's still there first week of January, that might change.

And that's the other side of the room, it has a cooler section and a heated section, was really trying to find a way to justify it, but no dice!

From what I've heard, those V-vessels are great and $100 is a steal, I think they are $200 regular price.

I'd grab it if I wasn't buying a 22GAL SS conical.

Cool.  We'll need pics if you get it.
