Second all grain batch, did not quite hit my gravity, had one tonight after two weeks in the bottle and turned out excellent, my best batch to date.

20lbs of grain and over half pound of hops ...atta boy!

very nice - the imperials are really hard to hit above 60%-65% on without a double sparge.

I was hoping for a higher SG but the beer turned out very good, so I am Happy. The hops were a real good deal. I picked them up of $1.75/ oz plus they had a 10% off for Dec. The shipping from Ontario was about $4 for the package. The store is http://www.brewerspantry.com/ . I would buy from them again.
