0.5# Weyermann CaraMunich® III
0.25# Carafa Special II

1 oz Hallertau Mittelfruh @ 60
1 oz Cascade @ flameout
0.7 oz ground coriander seed @ flameout

Fermentis WB-06

Mash at 150F for 60 min
Sparge at 166F for 10 min
Charter Member

Kegged: air.
Primary: air.
Bulk Aging: Silence of the Lambics (Pitched 13/05/2012).
Owed: JQ LSA x 1, Kyle Stout x 1 & IPA x 1.
