Wild Blackberries

I have about 4lbs of frozen wild blackberries picked from our backyard last fall... Free to anyone who wants them.

I was planning on making a blackberry stout or some type of sour with them but I doubt I'll have a chance before the new crop is ready in 3-4 weeks.
Give a man a beer and he'll waste an hour, teach him how to brew beer and he'll waste a lifetime.
