This is a tweaked version of @jamie_savoie Tropicale which I heard very good things about. I couldn't get my hands on any nelson sauvin so I subbed in cascade. I know this will completely change the beer but I thought it would still work well as a hoppy summer APA. I also added a second addition of dry hops as it didn't have quite enough on the nose after 10 days.

It would be fun to compare our beer but I doubt my keg will last another 2 weeks lol
I hope I get a chance to taste yours someday  8)

@jamie_savoie I have a bottle set aside for you, I'll bring it to the next meeting we both attend. I'd love to get your feedback.
