Congrats to fakr for winning the first of what will hopefully be an annual competition!

JohnQ

And for those that weren't there...

The final 3 went
fakr
Kynon Hughson
Jake

The Fan Favourite...

fakr
Kynon Hughson
Everyone else with 3-5 votes each

Pretty cool that the judges and fan fave votes ended up being the same totally independent of each other.

Congrats Joe, it would be cool if they ended up adding your beer to their fulltime line up.

Yeah, Way to go Joe! Was a great event overall, everything seemed to go smoothly. I'm glad to have participated, was good to try so many different takes on the same style all at once

Thanks guys!  That was quite an event!  I really hope this becomes an annual thing.

I'm very excited to make this recipe at the Picaroons brewtique with Esty....what an honor for a home brewer!

There were a lot of great beer at the competition.  The "losers" table was full of them!

Thanks a million to JohnQ all the coordinating and pretty much making the competition happen....I'm sure he put way too much time into it!  Thanks Senior!

Very true Fakr. Big shout out to JQ for organizing this whole thing; very well done and I'm sure was a huge time commitment. Great speach also by Fakr by thanking everyone who pitched in. Represented the club well.

Also to Dan and any others who gave their time for making this a success

Yes I had a great time. The SWAG bag made me feel like a winner, lots of great stuff. Can't wait to get the growler fill of that fine Bitter!
