Advanced finger milling techniques to increase.....PAIN!

Here's an example of what happens when a gain mill roller is stuck, and a friend thinks its a good idea to spin the power roller while you're rolling the stuck one.

Needless to say, it hurt and I was lucky it was just the pads of my fingers and didn't roll my whole finger tips down in.

Also needless to say, there was a lot of swearing heard and anger felt.

I did however complete a 20Gal brew day with mostly one hand so i'd say the brewery is setup pretty well.

No warning stickers on this mill happy but i knew better.  The injury couldnt have been any worse in this case as the roller was slowing down when i pinched my fingers.

Thats what a mild pinch did...

Jeebus. Yeah that coulda been much worse Fakr... Perhaps you need some sort of Lock-Out-Tag-Out system on your beermakin equipment? :).
