A simple fast turn around blonde for the lazy hazy days of summer.

Yeast: US-05
Yeast Starter: Yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 11
Original Gravity: 1.047
Final Gravity: 1.009
IBU: 25.2
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60

Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): Racked to kegs and chilled

Notes:  Just make sure to clear it before kegging, gelatin, crash cool whatever.  I've been playing with this one by subbing dextrose in for some of the 2 row in an effort to dry it out a bit.

1 lbs- Crystal 10 or CaraHell (srm 10)

Hop bill
1.25 oz - Nothern Brewer (9%)   @ 60
