Amarillo and Simco added continuously from 35 to 0 mins 
0 Minute Addition is actually in the Hops Rocket and filtering the wort on the way to the chiller.


OG was actually 1.073, lost a little in the chilling process, still getting used to the system.
Probably 17 gallons to the fermenter.

Beersmith figures it will be about 7.3% when done, I'm figuring 7 even.

2% Amber - I thought it was closer to 15% Amber.
(But then again you're doing Thomas' recipe, not the DFH recipe)

Down to 1.020, and pretty tasty at 7.0%. Spunding valve pegged at 18 psi, maybe I waited a little too long to shut down the valve, like to get 24.

Time to transfer for a cold crash/dry hop, can't wait to be able to Cold Crash right in the Brewhemoths...SS tubing arrives in Houlton tomorrow!
