0.33 kg CaraMunich II
0.11 kg Biscuit Malt

Hops:
30g East Kent Goldings @ 60
10g East Kent Goldings @ 10

Yeast:
Wyeast 3522 - Belgian Ardennes

Mash 60 @ 67°C
Boil 90 minutes
Ferment @ 19°C
