Cream Ale :: Long Run Refresher

Hawoh

Grains:
1.9kg - Domestic 2 Row
1.9kg - Pilsner Malt
250g - Flaked Corn
250g - Cane Sugar

Hops:
28g - Liberty @ 60 (4.7%)
14g - Hallerauer @ 0 (3.1%)

Yeast:
Wyeast 1056

Mash @ 149°C for 90 minutes
Boil 90 minutes
OG: 1.050
Ferment @ 18°C

I've been asked....more often that I care to recall, for decent(read BMC appropriate) cream ale.  I'd like to know how it turns out.
