2lbs Wheat Malt.
2lbs Cooked White Rice.

1oz 4.5% Cascade @ 60
0.5oz 4.5% Cascade @ 15
0.5oz 4.5% Cascade @ 1

4.5% ABV
1.046 OG (Est) 1.012 FG (Est)
18.7IBU (Tinseth)
Pulp of one melon added to primary after fermentation has subsided.

Bulk Aging: Silence of the Lambics (Pitched 13/05/2012).
Owed: JQ LSA x 1, Kyle Stout x 1 & IPA x 1.

yeah, I would definately heat-sanitize the melon pulp, otherwise, smelly, sour brew

Was done with campden as per advice from elsewhere; smell has gone today, so might be ok after all.
