Would 90% 2Row and 10% Victory be a close substitute to Marris Otter?

I have lots of those but no MO so looking to create something similar..  It doesn't have to be perfect, just looking for "close enough"
Give a man a beer and he'll waste an hour, teach him how to brew beer and he'll waste a lifetime.

Grambrinus ESB, Golden Promise or Pearl would be good sub if you have access to those

blisster

None of those..   just lots of 2 row.

It will be for a barrel aged imperial coffee porter I'm hoping to brew this weekend so the "biscuit" flavor from MO would be minimal

I've never used more than 5-6% of Victory so I have no clue what 10% would do.
Maybe a mix of Munich II + Victory

Roger

I think you're on the right track 10% would probably work.
If you want I could hook you up with some maris otter I've got a full bag from the last order. And about half a bag of floor malted Maris otter from the previous order. Just PM me if you want some.

Noble doesn't have any Maris available? Usually have regular and Horton Ridge.

I would honestly just use 2-row. With something that bold you probably wouldnt even notice the difference.
