Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Light Body, Batch Sparge
Total Grain Weight: 23 lbs
Mash Time: 90 Minutes

This was brewed in the rain, hence the name. This will be my 3rd time doing this recipe, except with this one I used Maris Otter opposed to Canadian 2 row so its a bit darker and I've added some organic corn from a local mill. Also added some corn sugar to get the abv up and give a lighter body.

I've split the batch up into two 4gal batches, one with Mauribrew 497 lager yeast, and the other with WLP815 Belgian lager.  So I'm interested to see how the two batches will compare.
