35.0 g Hallertau Mittlefrueh Pellet (4.5% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil) (1.5 g/L)
25.0 g Tettnanger Pellet (4% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil) (1.1 g/L)
15.0 g Saaz Pellet (4.1% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil) (0.7 g/L)

Misc Bill

1.0 g Whirlfloc Tablet @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
1212.0 g Elderberries @ 0 Days (Primary)
Single step Infusion at 149°F for 60 Minutes.
Fermented at 70°F with Safale US-05

Brewday: 2012-09-09
Heat berries to 170F and crushed with spoon in pot. Added to primary (hot wort).
OG = 1.046
2012-09-15 - 1.010
- Taste is ok, but not awesome at this point. Should improve with conditioning. Would not add Chocolate Malt with this recipe in the future. I added it to this recipe because I thought a hint of a what chocolate brings to stout would be a good idea. We shall see.
