Big Spruce Bitter Get'er India Black IPA @ Malcolm's Plum Halifax

Apperance- black as night, with a nice off white head. 

Smell- lots of cascade style hop aroma.  Huge hops aroma!

Taste - malty with notes of chocolate and very bitter but well balanced. 

Mouthfeel - medium to full body, perfect carbonation

Overall. All organic so it is good for you! Highly recommended, in small to medium quantities.  I really enjoyed the first 2 16 oz glasses but on the 3rd, the high hoppyness and aroma was becoming a little too much for me.
