12oz white wheat malt
8oz Cara Munich I
8oz Crystal 60

3.5 gal strike water @ 164F
Mash temp 149F for 90min
3.25 gal sparge water @ 177F
Sparge 15min @ 166F

Boil 90min (final volume = 5.25gal)
0.9oz Galena 11%a/a @60min
1oz Cascade 4.6%a/a @15min
Whirlfloc @ 13 min
1oz Fuggles 4.75%a/a @1min

US-05 yeast.

5.3%abv
