Greene King IPA Clone (Canada Import)

Note: this is not the flavour profile where it's made, but rather how it is when you buy it in NBL:

1. Get brian_s to brew an ESB.
2. Leave it in his basement for a year.
3. Find one that hasn't been turned into vinegar by those bastard bacteria.
4. Enjoy.

Seriously though... it's good :P

I've got 6 more mystery bottles.  :)  I really must invest in some sort of a labeling system.

Ah, yes, the mystery bottles.  I've had a few of those back in the bottling days. Its always fun to guess what kind of beer it "was".

I've got about 3 litres of brew in a keg that "was" Dunkel, and is now just dark, wheaty beer, apparently sitting warm for several days when I was out of town did it no good... still tolerable, but probably will be dumped to make room for one of the four things I have in primary now.

Its nice to know that there is 80+ Litres in primary!
