Im wonderin how many of you would be interested in purchasing jerky, as a bit of market research before I start a small venture.

Price should be $20-25 per lb; around half the price of the mass-produced product you'll find in most gas stations.

Will be vacuum sealed and produced to commercial health and safety standards.
