Brewing this NB's recipe tomorrow.  I will substitute chinook for northern brewer and sucrose instead of candi sugar

I'm really curious what flavor the seeds of paradise will contribute to the beer.  I have zero experience with that spice

it's about 2h drive....not super far but a bit too far for a quick up and down drive.  would be awsome though! :)
