Brewing a Russian Imperial Stout on Friday morning with a buddy that's coming down to Amherst from Fredericton. Likely won't be drinking this one until the fall at the earliest as I'm planning to age it on some Bourbon soaked medium toast American oak.

Already put on a wheat beer and a 70/- this week; this weekend I intend to be incapable of brewing.

I won't be brewing this w-e but I will prepare my rochefort 8 recipe that I'll brew next week.  I will also bottle my leffe blonde and wash the yeast that I'll be using for the rochefort.  I will also finish working on my keg/co2 setup (no keezer yet)
