21 g   Cascade (Pellets, 5.50 %AA) boiled 60 min
21 g   Amarillo® (Pellets, 8.50 %AA) boiled 45 min
28 g   Simcoe® (Pellets, 13.00 %AA) boiled 15 min

Original Gravity   1.069
Terminal Gravity   1.014
Color   14.23 °SRM
Bitterness   61.2 IBU
Alcohol (%volume)   7.3 %

You're well into the range where the tools start havering shite about IBUs. That looks to me like it'll taste like about 50 IBUS.

Also... fwiw I don't see 10g of CS-II doing jack shit, but that's just my $0.02 :P

Yeah ok, I use a pound of III for mine ;)

Simplified my recipe a little - back to the original base; v2 wasn't as good imho.

Fantastic not over the top hoppy but still within style but hints of caramel and Rye play nicely off each other

This is a very tasty beer just had a glass after it has sat untouched for about 2-3 weeks and WOW will be a very strong entry in the competition
