6.66 Gal Mash @ 156 for 1 hour, 3 Gal Sparge @ 168 for 10 mins.

Assuming 70% Efficiency would be OG 1.081 FG 1.020.
Assuming 60% Efficiency would be OG 1.072 FG 1.018.

Swapped out Amarillo for Calypso 'cause I don't have any Amarillo left apparently. Calypso lives up to its name... smells like tropical fruits, nothing like any other hop I've come across. Higher temp mash seems to work well for that candy-like quality - the wort smells a lot like the stuff JQ made. Think I've got a winner here.

Edit: boil took waaaay more out of this than I had expected... think I've got 5 gallons in the fermenter.
