New to home wine making and this is my first non-kit attempts. Making Haskap Wine, Haskap Cider, and Mead (Haskap Melomel).
Doing it in 1 gallon carboys/growlers. All three look the same in appearance because the Haskap berry juice is so dark it just takes over the colour.
So now that they are all in the jugs, I am waiting for fermentation to begin. I am curious to see how these three turn out.

I'm interested as well... :drink:
Neat, did you have to juice the haskaps yourself?

Yes. We grow Haskaps, we have a small Haskap Orchard of 3300 plants. So I am looking for ways to have some fun with them and what can be better than this?
For sure. That must be 3-4 acres worth? My family has an apple orchard, so I have lots of frozen apple cider. Might make an interesting blend!
